Sustainable Agriculture
We adhere to organic methods and processes that honour the environment, human health, and animal welfare. Our practices exclude the use of chemical fertilisers, synthetic pesticides, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), and other artificial substances.
Organic farming practices are the core of our philosophy, using nature’s resources for crop protection and production enhancement. We apply companion planting methods (such as tomatoes with basil), enrich the environment with benefi cial insects (like ladybugs and bumblebees), introduce symbiotic fungi and bacteria to the soil (such as Trichoderma spp.), and cultivate wildflower spots (Borage spp.) to attract pollinators.
Reforestation Initiative
Wildfire Recovery (2022) was the start of our reforestation journey. With ongoing annual maintenance, we are committed to restoring and protecting the environment.
Recycling & Waste Management
Towel Reuse Programme: The linen inventory has been upgraded, with investment in advanced in-house laundry facilities that extend the life of linens while significantly reducing water and energy consumption in an environmen- tally friendly manner.
Energy Efficiency: Our commitment to sustainability extends to our energy use, with 100% of our lighting powered by energy-efficient LED technology, reducing both energy consumption and environmental impact.
